| Complete a small evaluation form and Starr Energy will contact you shortly. We will assess your home or business for available resources, your electrical usage and your budget. If your location is ideal for a solar or wind system, we will do a site analysis. |

| 2. Site Analysis |
|
|
Starr Energy will visit your location and go over some options. If you already have in mind what system you want, we will determine if it will fit your location. We will determine payback calculation and a final price before and after tax incentives and rebates. Starr Energy will collect building permits, rebate applications and order your system.

| 3. Installation |
|
| Starr Energy will then install your new system following your local code. |
